I already have a logo, can it be used in the template? top
Yes it sure can. In most cases your pre-existing logo can be added to the template of your choice at no additional charge as long as it’s on a transparent background ( png ) and will fit into the header. If any work needs to be done to make it fit or if it’s not on a transparent background additional fees may apply.
Please email me before you purchase and send your logo so I can make sure it’s something that can be done. Thanks!

Yes they can be anything you want. Once I receive your order I’ll send a link to a form where you can send all that info to me, like the URLs for the buttons, any name changes you may want on them..etc.

In general the templates are “as is” but you can order a font change here
What payment methods do you accept? top
Orders are processed through Paypal, although you won’t need a Paypal account to check out – you can use your credit card if you prefer. I also except credit card payments outside of Paypal – you’ll find both options at checkout

What is the turnaround time for my template ( or other purchase ) top
Estimated turnaround times are listed below – please note that these may vary depending on the current work load, types and number of changes needed ( if requested ). Times are business days, not counting weekends and holidays
Premade template with no changes – Up to 3 business days
Premade template with changes – 3-5 business days
Template conversions ( regular template to cs-cart/opencart/wordpress ) – 3-10 business days
Made to Match items and Addons - 3-10 business days
Template coding ( psd/pdf to html ) – 5-15 business days
Maintenance & Miscellaneous Jobs – 1-10 business days
Is it hard to change out the home page or slideshow images? top
No, it's very easy! Changing the image in the default homepage set up ( where your image is above the 3-4 boxes ) is very easy and done right in your storeadmin's Images area. The same is true if you upgrade to the slideshow - you can change the images any time you want to just by uploading new images via the Images area of storeadmin.
What all is included or not included in the font/color change service? top
This is not a semi-custom or custom design but allows you request small changes to the font and/or color used in a template. Neither includes changes to design, placement of elements, or the addition of other elements to the template.
* Please note that not all templates can be easily changed so please ask before ordering this
Once we've discussed any changes you want if they're something that can be done you can then order the font/color change along with the template from this site. You will also need to send an email detailing the requested changes that were discussed and approved.
There are no mockups or proofs with this option. Changes will be made to the template, then the template will be installed on your site. You can then look over the finished template and request up to 2 small changes ( like size of font or bold vs regular - does not include switching to a different font or different color ). If you find at that time that you need additional changes then those first agreed upon I'll provide a quote.
